Not all Canada’s preschool-aged kids are equally prepared for success – particularly recent newcomers or those living in disadvantaged situations. Enter Mothers Matter Centre’s Right To Be Ready program – a front-line initiative helping to ensure kids enjoy the fundamental right to enter school on a strong footing, sans roadblocks.
To spread the word, MMC asked us to create a social campaign zoning in on the issues. We avoided typical tearjerker imagery by using storybook-like illustrations and headlines that evoke a child’s thought process seen through the lens of fairness. Like its new tagline, the campaign has inspired Canadians to recognize our shared national responsibility: to Give Kids a Learning Chance.
